The Legacy at Sinclair is located in Baldwin County next to the The Club at Lake Sinclair. The surrounding area is a quiet and long-established neighborhood. We are located approximately four miles from downtown Milledgeville and about three miles from the Milledgeville Mall.
Milledgeville, the capital of pre-civil war Georgia, has many historic sites and beautiful colonial homes. The city’s charm and the warmth of its people make it a place all who live here are proud to call “home.”
Lake Sinclair is a large lake with roughly 423 miles of shore line. Water from Lake Sinclair and Lake Oconee are continuously pumped between the two lakes for hydroelectricity. This process ensures that Lake Sinclair’s water level is almost always high and keeps the lake looking beautiful because it will always be at nearly full pool.
Baldwin County has great education centers. Our progressive public schools have been recently rebuilt and remodeled. We are home to Georgia College and State University as well as Georgia Military College and Central Georgia Technical College.
