What will the layout of the individual units be?
Waterfront first floor units are all on one level and there is elevator access for the condos on the second floor.  Currently, we have developed floor plans for two types of waterfront units:  a 3,750 SQFT plan with four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and dining room; a 2,000 SQFT plan with three bedrooms and three and a half baths.  All of the second floor units have a loft, and pre-sales can determine how the loft space is finished. The floor plan section better illustrates these options.  We also have 1,950 SQFT off water units next to the pool.  These units are configured in a two-story town house style.

What are The Legacy at Sinclair ownership association fees?
Home owner association (HOA) fees are currently $300 per month.

Where will owners park their cars?
Each waterfront unit will have one 13’ x 25’ enclosed garage space, with additional uncovered parking.

Is there a public pool?
Owners and their guests have access to a gated pool and activity center.

Where can I park my boat?
Condominium owners have the opportunity on a first-come first-served basis to purchase dock space to accommodate their watercraft.

Does each unit have a patio or deck?
Each waterfront unit has a patio or deck overlooking Lake Sinclair.

Are pets allowed?
The usual household pets will be allowed. Certain breeds of dogs are restricted by the HOA.

What utility companies will be available?
Water, sewage and waste disposal are handled by the City of Milledgeville.  The Georgia Power Company provides all electricity.  Condominium owners may choose their gas providers.
